		<description>All your advice is good and if taken will help keep off the pounds.  The big thing is awareness.  We need to be aware of what we are eating and how it will affect us.  Having a goal we really want to achieve is helpful too.

		<description>Since digestion takes up about 10% of our energy daily, it&#039;s helpful if we chew about 30 times for each mouthful as proper digestion starts in our mouths.

It takes 20 minutes before our brains can register that we are full already. That&#039;s why there&#039;s a Chinese saying that we should only eat up to (the feeling of) 70% full stomach.
